FAQ
What if it rains?
Here on the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast, we sometimes have unpredictable weather, but I'm happy to say I rarely have to reschedule a photography session. Don't worry, I keep a close watch on the forecast and stay in contact with you day of your session.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in SW Pensacola (10 minutes from Perdido Key, FL and 20 minutes from Orange Beach, AL). I cover the Alabama Gulf Coast and Florida Panhandle including but not limited to Pensacola, Perdido Key, Cantonment, Milton, Pace, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, and Navarre, FL as well as Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Fairhope, AL.
(there is a nominal travel fee for areas 25+ miles from SW Pensacola - 32506)
When should I book my Newborn Photography session?
I recommend booking your Pensacola newborn session as soon as you make the decision to work with me. By booking early you're guaranteed a spot on my schedule no matter how busy I get. Newborn sessions are typically scheduled for when baby is between 5 and 21 days old.
How many pictures will we receive?
A limited number of high-resolution digital images are included in each session fee. Additional digital images, prints, and canvases may be purchased during the booking process or after your session.
When will my pictures be ready?
Your proofing gallery will be emailed to you within 14 days of your session. After you let me know you've made your final selections, I'll have your final, hand-edited images to you within 14 to 30 days. I also typically post a sneak peek to social media within a day or two of your session.
When is the best time to schedule my Maternity session?
I recommend scheduling maternity sessions for anytime between 31 and 36 weeks gestation - but every pregnancy is different. Your best bet is to book earlier in your pregnancy, and we can adjust your session date if needed.
Can we change our date?
What if you need to change your photography session date? One change of date without forfeiting your retainer is allowed with at least seven days notice.
